Heidi used to work on both the client side and the freelance side of corporate video and broadcast news production. And she saw how dysfunctional it was. Since then, Heidi has filled an industry-wide void with the establishment of her companies; Crew Connection, founded in 1989, and PayReel, founded in 1995. Today, thanks to Heidi, finding and paying crews can be an easy and efficient competency to outsource.

Emily started in film production on the West Coast as a sound tech for feature films (remember Robert Altman's "The Player"?). She has also been production manager for CBS and NBC network specials and location manager for commercials. Her impressive resume makes us feel lucky to have snatched her up in 1994. Emily now books crews, helps with sales and trades shows and even contributes to website content and maintenance. What doesn't Emily do?

Sherri began her career in Motown, where she was crewing video productions, designing broadcast graphics and doing some on-camera work all by age 20. Always wanting to move to the mountains, Sherri did just that and worked in broadcast design, serving as design director for KCNC-TV, before joining us. She says she loves Crew Connection because she loves the people up here almost as much as the Rocky Mountain Elk. (If we could only bugle!)

Brent comes to us from High Noon Entertainment where he worked as a production coordinator hiring crews, securing location permits, directing voiceovers and maintaining the network/client relationship. He's traveled throughout Europe and Asia and recently shot a documentary in Shanghai, China that he is currently producing. Brent loves the outdoors, his dog and his wife. Not necessarily in that order.

Alexis handles all aspects of the strategic implementation of the marketing and communications program at Crew Connection and PayReel. Prior to joining us she worked in the retail athletic industry, most recently as the Director of Marketing for the Finish Line, a .2 billion retail athletic business, operating over 700 stores in 47 states. When she's not working, Alexis enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and, having played on the basketball team in college, she's always up for a game of hoops.

With more than 15 years of experience in full-charge accounting roles, Danette brings a wealth of knowledge to her roll as Senior Accountant for both PayReel and Crew Connection.
