"I just finished the Corpus Christi shoot - and I must tell you I've never worked with such a great team as Kyle and Greg from 'Enlightened Images.' Kyle was like a mindreader, the way he picked up on the most subtle body language from me, and adjusted the camera according to what I didn't even have to say, getting what we needed without disrupting the training process at all. And Greg was great - even suggesting what turned out to be a great question during the last interview! "I just want to tell you how much my colleague from Xerox, their customer and I enjoyed working with Doug Baird and Norm Thompson in Vancouver. It was a somewhat grueling shoot--taking longer than expected, with numerous delays and unanticipated changes. Throughout it all Doug and Norm were consummate professionals. Doug was exceptionally helpful in crafting shots and helping the entire process go smoothly. The Xerox customer kept throwing new people at us to interview--we did 8 as opposed to the original 3 or 4--and combined with some equipment issues on the customer's side it disrupted the schedule and made for 3 very long days. Doug and Norm were very patient and a total pleasure to work with even though I know they were as frustrated as I.

Doug is a superb DP and Norm an excellent sound engineer and lighting expert who also brought some art direction to the shoot. I would use them again in a heartbeat and can heartily recommend them to anyone, without reservation. I went into this shoot a bit nervous, working with a crew unknown to me. But this was a great experience and I will be calling on Crew Connection again as soon as the opportunity arises."
